Physical Therapist Assistant- PTA
As a PTA with our company, you will be required to fulfill the standard responsibilities of the position, including the following:
o Consistently reviews and modifies goals with the patient and Physical Therapist.
o Identifies and prioritizes issues accurately. Develops courses of action with input of Physical Therapist. Effectively executes action plans.
o Demonstrates knowledge of Physical Therapy procedures and equipment providing for safety and maximum patient benefit.
o Keeps Physical Therapist and Rehab Manager informed in a timely manner.
o Performs and prioritizes multiple functions or tasks to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient need and scheduling
