Your role at Sephora:
A Co-Manager, Talent & Operations is responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management and development of any members of the Talent & Business Ops team. Your role at Sephora:
A Co-Manager, Talent & Operations is responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management and development of any members of the Talent & Business Ops team. The Manager also exercises discretion in areas such as staffing, training, education, on-boarding of employees, schedule management, and operational standards within the store. In addition, you will:
- Manage the hiring process for all roles within the store in partnership with the Store Director
- Manage the review process for hourly leaders and employees
- Write & deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Manage the inventory of the store including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, cycle counting and ensuring that all processes are completed within company guidelines and timeframes
- Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store
- Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible

- 2-4 years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays

Our legal team wants you to know what s required:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment
